Monthly Levies:

Our monthly levies start from R1650.00 and any other services required will be at an additional monthly cost to the resident as and when needed. 

Operating costs of the community and all the services listed below are provided to residents during their stay and are paid from your monthly levy. Your levies are fixed and made known in advance annually to you.

The Monthly Levy Includes The Following:

• Biannual wellness assessments
• Social, wellness, and lifestyle activities
• Backup water systems by means of rainwater harvesting 
• Off the grid solar power supply to each unit (with a cost cap to be agreed) 
• Rates and taxes
• Building insurance (excluding household contents
• 24-hour armed response security 
• In unit, automated, grey water recovery system which will be used for garden irrigation
• Maintenance to the common property and external maintenance to each unit
• Gardening service (including mowing of private gardens)
• On-site management and maintenance team

Monthly Levy Does Not Include The Following:

• Access to additional emergency support and medical response 
• Access to Dr Visitations on the premises
• In unit Wi-Fi is optional and charged separately 
• In unit DSTV is optional and charged separately
